I'd appreciate help getting this unbugged, as it is now unplayable in melee for me with dual wielding, which i was enjoying :<

more info: the change to dual wield speed came after i unlearned the "PERKUP" talents with this addon http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=3665

and then trained new talents with the "PERKY" addon, i also installed Tytanis, Pise and a few smaller mods.

Thanks for the help.

ok, i was somewhat able to resolve the problem with the console, I noticed that, after fiddling around with saved games, whenever i baught the perk "dual wield flurry" or increased 1 hand attack speed, i would get an absolute CRAWL of an attack speed (slow motion), so i knew it was that perk.
So i opened up the console:

: player.getav WeaponSpeedMult I saw that it was set to 0.15, thought that was a little strange, set it to 1.15, voila. with player.setav weaponspeedmult 2

but Now, the left hand attacks and power attacks are still very slow :<
any ideas? I'm sure perky worked before, and i noticed it is not in the "load order" of BOSS, i'd really like to resolve the problem without having to use the console, as i like this mod, and think it's a lot better than perkup, Skyre, and other perk mods.

I have a feeling it has something to do with another mod changing the default values, or interfering with perky, as i did not have the issue before, and i cannot find traces of anyone else having the issue.

IF, in the mean time, anyone knows and could let me know how to change the left hand attack speed, dual wield power attack speed, left hand power attack speed and so on, that would be great, as the 1 hand attack speed is back to "normal" now, but i'm still attacking in total slow mo with this mod on, and i dont want to disable it :<

Cheers
I

Edit: Fully managed to resolve the issue with the editor, thanks to this command list: http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Console_Commands_(Skyrim):ActorValue_List

would still like to not have to use the console, but it's cool i guess.

Skyrim is awesome! :D (with mods)

Keep in mind, scripts, actor value changes, etc are saved to your SAVE GAME in skyrim, not to your the mod causing these changes.

So if a mod changes an actor value setting or adds a script to the player, you save, then disable the mod, the changes will either still be there or distorted.

The only way to fix is for the mod author who makes mods like this, to give you specific uninstall direcitions OR to implement an uninstall feature in the mod itself. Otherwise your saves will be "corrupted" on uninstall (in that you can still play with them, but the mod will still be active or mess with how your character works).

Mods that don't have proper uninstall methods can be fixed by manually setting everything that the mod changed back to defaults using the console. This can be pretty tedious however.
