Is it easier to do lip sync in Skyrim's CK than in Oblivion's CS?(Dialog)

I don't now about Oblivion, but if I'm right it is only one Checkbox you need to tick and one Button you need to press.

To do individual files it's exactly the same. You need a wave in the correct place, then you simply hit 'from wave' and click 'make lip' (Or whatever it says).

However, you can also say Gameplay > Facial Animations and hit Yes and it will make a lip file for every single line of dialogue with a loose wave file in the right place. It wont do anything to the Skyrim dialogue, so it should just work for your mod. It takes about 15 minutes, but it's unbelievably helpful if you have almost a thousand lines like I do.
