I believe they do if i remember correctly.

Also:

According to others you can equip them with gear you want by placing it on their corpses before you reanimate them

and

If they die or you summon something else by mistake dont panic, undead thralls wont disinegrate and you can reanimate them over and over.

I can equip mine with weapons but armor doesn't work for some reason. When I fast travel they don't always appear instantly but if I wait an hour they appear.
