Since i installed the new DLC Dead Money the game wont run at all anymore when i click to run it in the steam library, the first menu show up but crash instantly givving a error 0xc0000005 in the event viewer???? WTF??

If:

You're running Windows 7 SP1, and running EVGA precision, I know exactly what your problem is. Turn off the OSD server in EVGA precision, and DirectX 9 games like fallout will suddenly run again.

If not, dunno, but I had the exact same crash to desktop when trying to start any Bethesda game for the past 3 days until I figured this out.

Same thing here. I uninstalled EVGA precision and FNV. Then reinstalled FNV and it still does not work. After you select play from the main menu a box comes up in the left corner and it stops responding.
