Well as the topic title describes , how do I craft pelt armours? How do I rise above mirable the leather and studded leather armours? Also the laminated I can't get upper , but I can with all superior armours like steel , elven etc ... I am 100 in smithing and I also have aulet of forge ...

You can't there is no perk (since perks give you 2x improvement bonus) , the only way is to use console commands to cheat and raise your smithing skill to 200 until someone fixes it.

I managed to rise the mirable to epic with adding also a potion but I want to bring to legendary ... weirdly instead I coudl add a second legendary level to all my legendary level stuff...

Enchant a suit with Fortify Smithing as much as you can.
