The problematic quest which is "bound untill death", to kill vittoria vici in solitude. After talking to amaund whatever in some dungeon, and returning to astrid, the game tells me "The Silence Has Been Broken" is completed, however i receive no new quest, which is supposed to be "Bound Until Death".
And talking to astrid doesnt give me any new dialogue. I've tried it with a new character even, but the quest just doesnt appear, and im stuck in the questline (though of course i used setstage to skip it ) but missing out on that quest is kinda

The only quest i did concering vittoria was a misc quest, to ask her to release her shipment of spices for the spiced wine vendor in solitude. I did this for both characters. Also, anothingthing; on my first character, after quite a long period of time (after skipping the quest) i found vittoria, and she seemed to have emerged out of the water under solitude

Yea, the quest before that has been completed, only the next quest doesnt appear at all.

Try this.

Open the console (~ key)

Type:

setstage DB05 0

If that doesn't work, try this:

setstage DB05 10

Yea tried that, nothing comes out. I tried using setstage on other quests, and they worked perfectly. Which seems quite odd. Its almost like my game doesnt have the quest at all.
