Hello! I am Co-Ldr of a group of experianced moders, voice actors, modelors, composers

who are working on a Lord of the Ring Skyrim Mod called Tales of Middle Earth: Siege of Skyrim (http://tomesos.com)

So I was wondering is it possible to convert meshes from Lord of the Rings: War in the North to Skyrim?

If you mean the default game files, then no. You're not allowed.

Possible? Probably. Allowable? No.

It's not even allowable to convert meshes from one ES game to another. You'll have to create the meshes from scratch.

You cannot transfer files from one game to another. If you guys made the files from scratch for a LOTR mod, then you can use them in Skyrim. But if the developers made them, you cannot.

Forget it, it's illegal. You'll have to create all new meshes from scratch.

You can use those, even if you created them for a LOTR game, as long as YOU (Your team) made them. However files that shipped with a game other than Skyrim are off limits.

Well, you could use them if you got permission, but it's very doubtful that you'd get written permission from a big name company, to use their assets in a small-time mod.

Some developers allow their assets to be used in other games. But Time Warner? I really doubt.

Yeah... AAA game companies don't usually go lending out their modelware... Not to mention they possibly paid a 3rd party developer a very large sum of money for them, so they may not even have the right to give you the rights to them.
