I am unable to take Alva's journal from her coffin to hand to the Jarl....the 'e' button is not responding...can anyone suggest a solution please?

I'm loving the fact that whoever is in charge or these Bethesda Forums keep moving posts from Skyrim or other games into the Brink forum. It makes my day.

Since all my Bethesda related games are on the 360, I cant help you. Sorry. But have you tried simply restarting the game? That usually solves most problems I encounter in PC games.

Should this ever find its way back to the Skyrim area...

I've run into an issue where Helgi's ghost refuses to display any interaction options. She keeps asking "Father? Is that you?" and humming a tune. I've attempted to interact with the NPC at dawn, noon, afternoon, dusk, early evening, and midnight.

I responded to a report request to move this from Brink PC support to the Skyrim PC support section. If you are playing on a platform other than PC, let me know.

@Skullie -- Open up the console and try this command: "player.additem 2A96D 1"

@Triela -- Is this on PC or console?
