The same way you kill anything else, I don't believe there's any special way of going about killing him.

yea no special way of killing him but i think hes the one vampire you cant contract vampirism off of because hes volikher or we they called with his frost spells and chain lightning

I cheated. I just leaned up against the wall around a corner and summoned a flame atronauch, watched it toss fire balls down the tunnel at him and his two buddies. Of course I had to summon a number of times, then when enough damage was done I ran in there like a brave little warrior and hit him a few times and the deed was done. Of course after that I just walked straight into one of the back caverns and bumped right into another of his friends who took two swings at me and knocked me dead. Ouch.
