I've noticed that when I use the Throw Voice shout, the little "hey ugly!" voice never plays. It did originally but it stopped for some reason. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

It is range-limited, could it be that you're simply trying to throw it too far?

And, when was the last time you verified game assets through Steam for Skyrim?

Lastly - have you turned down the volume in-game for voices? Might be playing far from you, but not loud enough to hear.

I've tried everything you said, but the problem persists. The only mods I've installed have been texture mods, so I don't think that would have screwed it up either
