I have done a lot of smithing and I am level 41 with 100 sneak and archery. woohoo!

anyway, I have a ton of money, but I don't want to learn enchanting, at least not yet. I am surprised the thieves guild does not sell more items of sneak.

anyway, I know that vendor inventory is somewhat random, but I was wondering if some vendors were better for rings/items/ of sneak and archery.

Bits & Pieces in Solitude is good for enchanted jewelry.

You mean you want to buy items with sneak instead of learning it and leveling enchanting for it?

Seems reasonable however unfortunatly vendors and chests are random. I would suggest anytime you go to a city you take 5 minutes to look through all the vendors (mostly Blacksmith, Fletcher, General) and see what they have.
That was the only way I could get an Archer damage ring to DE.

yeah, have enchant at like 29 just from soul gems. how high does enchant ability have to be to get like 20 or 30% bow damage?
