where do i get the blood of an wood elf, dark elf, high elf, ork, and somthing els i forgot

i found the wood elf, dark elf and orc just out n about as bandits. they're fairly common. the high elf is rare though. i got my high elf blood from the end of the white phial questline where the guy dies right before u restore the phial. u can harvest his blood without worry.
