Although it seems normal at the main menu, saves will sometimes "overwrite" each other, although it's just the name.

EX: Save 246 will actually say save 245 even though it's 246, and 246 itself is nowhere to be found.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced that.

I think Fallout 3/Oblivion/New Vegas was the same way. But I think it is normal though since I thought the name/number changes when you make a save after, not overwriting it.

To visualize it better, it may say:

- save 247
- save 245 (this is actually 246, but it doesn't say it; the really 245 is not visible)

think this is normal...when I save (hard save) i get a number..then every time i save over that save it goes up a number. this number will remain if i save a new hard save.

IE:
save 100 ..(original hard save)
overwrite that save 10 times will be
Save 110
make hard save leaving this save as a fork
Save 111 over write that save 10 times
Save 121

What you will see in the save list
save 110
save 111
save 121

So on and so forth...am i getting what your asking?

Kind of.

Imagine this: I have 6 saves, ranging from 245-250.

When I view the save menu, I only see 245, and then 247-250. No 246. However, the save that is named 245 is actually save 246. The real save 245 isn't there.
