Just figure I'll post a list of all the bugs I remember seeing. Every reported instance of bugs helps right? I've had the game installed to a 120 GB hard drive. The XBOX 360 being an Elite model purchased just about 3 years ago and repaired for RRoD about a year ago (playing Fallout 3 at the time of it happening incidentally).

The town of Primm going hostile towards ED-E when entering the casino they are all holed up in, before finishing finding a new sheriff, but after clearing out the powder gangers.
NCR soldiers at Helios power station going hostile after attacking already hostile NCR dogs guarding one of the terminals outside.
Game freezing when trying to save after purchasing cards from the female traveling merchant in Novac, not sure what specifically caused it as I purchased things in the same manner before that, this was about 24hrs of listed game play time.
Many random freezes, no idea to cause, most recent was simply trying to enter the Elder's chamber in Hidden valley for the 4th or 5th time.
Followers don't seem to arrive at Lucky 38 hotel when I tell them to meet me there, any I tell to go there when I'm already there seem to stay so far.
Got stuck in a mesh on the roof of the Nellis Array while fixing the solar panels.
Arcade Gannon failing to follow me because he was scripted to tell me something right before I entered a zone door.
A corrupted save because the game somehow managed to freeze while it was autosaving.
Increasing loading times until console is reset.
Biker goggles seem to stack but without showing the number representing that.
Adilene Kid LE BB Gun not appearing in my inventory upon picking it up until closing and reopening my inventory.
Enemies appearing in ground collision, very minor bug compared to rest.

It's really a shame how this game turned out as I almost feel as though I paid $80 (CE) to do QA for a game, and I will need to keep in mind the quality of this product next time a game is released by Bethesda.
