- Name: Torch Hotkey
- Version 1.01 Beta
- By: JustinOther
- Description: Adds a rebindable torch hotkey to free a vanilla hotkey. Default is '\', but it can be rebound by pressing and holding '=' shortly after loading loading a save, then following the prompt(s). The hotkey will start working if the player has any torches within five seconds after loading this plugin for the first time. If/when the player has no torches, it will cease to poll until applicable.
- Requirements: Skyrim v1.5+, Skyrim Script Extender v1.5.2+ available at: http://skse.silverlock.org/
- Install: Place the ESP and BSA in your Skyrim\Data directory and activate the plugin with your launcher or favorite load order utility.
- Uninstall: Deactivate the plugin and/or delete the ESP and BSA.
- Conflicts/Load Order: There are no overrides, so load it ...wherever. If using Hotkey Mod by Mofakin, you'll not need this.
- Rights: I'm a lefty. Do ...whatever.
- Thanks: Beth for the game, SKSE Team for Skyrim Script extender, and Cipscis for the 'bVar = !bVar' boolean hinge ...thing.

It doesn't alter anything vanilla, so they should work well in tandem. The only thing that'll happen when you drop a torch, provided it was your last one, is that the keypress code will stop polling until you you have a torch again.
Also, this time around, *SE hotkeys work in tandem with the XBox controller, so one can use pinky fingers to access them while holding the controller and all w/o unplugging the battery pack as was necessary for the Fallouts.
