Odd Jobs

I keep hearing that performing odd jobs like wood cutting in the vicinity of towns will boost the amount of gold available to merchants in the area. Yay or nay?

Interesting theory. I sure wish the merchants had more gold.

this is true but barely so... you'd have to chop 100 pieces of wood for there to be any real difference... it's like 10% of what you make is distributed to every merchant... I was wondering the same thing so I chopped wood for an hour in Riverwood while watching Everybody Loves Raymond and all the people with any gold had like 100 extra gold

Pretty tedious, but a cool find.

Now all we need to figure out is if the same boost is provided from all the jobs...
