Well in that case is a sword named Chillrend, now to refresh your memory the hero of Cyrodiil stumbled across an old man in an Inn and he confessed to him he was too old to help defend his farm from goblins with his two boys upon saying you'll take his place and successfully defending the farm and keeping both boys alive you receive the Chillrend from the old man. Just an odd coincidence or what?

Umm all I can say is if you like that help the beggar in solitude find his master. He makes somethings quite clear being at a certain place.
