Just got off work. So what did it do? Is it good or bad?

Great game!

Dragons flying backwards, magical resistance having zero effect (for anybody, flame atronachs burning to death etc., you will be murdered by mages and dragons breath), but...npc's have corrected sleeping animations.

I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror, and were suddenly silenced by a crap patch. Look at the other threads, seems like it done serious damage, now i'm in fear of losing my 150hour profile, like some others complaining of save corrupts.

Broke pretty much everything that the first patch didn't. Game is completely unplayable now, even if I manage to get it running longer than 5 minutes, the entire game mechanics, menus, mouse, resistances and other game related aspects don't work properly anymore. I'm really interested to see their third patch...it's like watching a slow execution.

Nothing I noticed has been fixed, like dual wielding from the q menu when you have 2 of the same sword, you cannot equip them, it wont do it...

nothing broke as far as ive seen though.

People who modified their .ini files are not able to use them with the new patch... and they're the ones here complaining. If you're playing the game as designed (with it's flaws that they tried to fix on their own) you wont see these problems. The people that are having problems with the patch need to revert to the original .ini files and patch... then they can mess with them again. But the patch only works for an untouched version of the game.

As I'm playing with an unmodified game in any way, I call [censored].

If that's true, why are people on consoles having issues?

Visuals also seem pretty buggered. Some things show up incredibly low res and blocky even on max settings all of a sudden, and shadows are REALLY odd looking.

The resistance thing was the worst bit though. Hopefully this will be patched soon enough.
