Soultrap Weapon : V

Hi all,

Anyone know for sure of a place i can find any weapon with soultrap to disenchant? I'm lvl 20 and haven't found one anywhere yet.....

Need to disenchant any weapon with that effect to be able to enchant other ones unfortunately.....

soul trap you can usually find at random in shops on weapons, fiery soul trap can be found at ironbind barrow southwest of winterhold and ive never seen that in shops but could get lucky

axe of whiterun had some damage endurance enchantment for me, soultrap is 100 % on bloodthorn here can you get it

Or if you are on PC, just open the console and type:

player.additem 896DE 1

And then press the enter key. It's the item code for a iron mace with a soul trap enchantment.

My Axe of White run only had shock and magicka damage on it.

I don't believe you can disenchant unique items like Molag Bal, Bloodthorn, etc. Just fast travel to each city, check the blacksmith and see if they have any soul trap weapons, they aren't that rare on vendors.

Bloodthorn isn't exactly unique, it's just a steel dagger with the enchantment.

Daedric artifacts cannot be disenchanted, however.

What level are you? At lever 20 or so, I frequently found sould traps weapons in every shop. Especially the archery shops.

There's a Khajiit in a tent just outside of Whiterun who sells a weapon enchanted with Soul Trap. I didn't buy it when I first saw it and was sorry later because it took me a while to find another one.

F Y (and everyone's) I : The shop lists are not fixed, they are random and based on level. Saying you found some item from some merchant somewhere has no bearing whatsoever on a different person's game.

Vendors get new inventories every 48 hours, so if this happens again just keep traveling back and forth between Markarth and Whiterun and visiting the shops.
