As i approach a city, small town, bandit camp, anything almost outdoors... the textures are super low resolution and alot of the structures(bridges, fences, tents, and such), local shrubs/grass, and enemys or friendly npc's arent visable, but if im sneaking, the eye icon lights up that im being seen, i can loot a chest sometimes and walk away without interference.
For example i just found that place on top of the mountain where the witches are and the chest with Talo's necklace that reduces shout times by 20%, called orphan's rock/stone or something? Well, i just walked up to the rock structure, climbed up, looked around, nothing but a chest, opened it and looted the Talos item, then i had to pause the game for a few minutes. When i unpaused it, instantly i saw a tent, a tree bridge, a few other items and i was swarmed by 3 witches and one of those hag guys?
Anyways they werent there previously, but WERE supposed to have been. I get the same problem as i approach a large city, low-res textures, all structures missing from outside, doors dont work, stables are completely missing(sometimes an un-interactable structure), In this case, the only fix ive found is to save the game, then reload the game and everything is visable, there, working, and interactable.
My game doesnt stutter, no sound problems, it doesnt always happen, about a 25% chance, no noticable lag, I only had a slow mouse to begin with and disabling Vsync fixed that.
Having to save the game everytime i want/need to see if something is there, ruins the immersion, without immersion i might as well not play a single player rpg.
My specs are good enough to play the game on medium settings with no issues, I use an AMD proccessor, and Nvidia graphics, latest drivers installed, nothing else running on my XP system, not even anti-virus.
The only mod i use is TESVAL-1.3.10.0-2011-12-22 with the skse plugin to launch the game and allow that mod to work.
Im hoping someone can point me in the right direction to fix this. Thanks for reading
