Disappearing Act

Lately all of the sudden my character and mobs randomly turn invisible and stay that way until I restart the game, anyone seeing this?

Nope, no mod's, no hardware/software changes, nadda.. System is pleanty good (I5 760 2.80ghz, 16gig DDR3 memory and an ATI 6870 HD)
