So I done the main Companion quest line and then a radiant quest appears from Farkas after doing the Kodlak (last quest free the beast spirit).

I have a problem and was wondering if anyone knew an answer.....

Farkas asked me to intimate Mjoll (who was in Riften) who I brawled with. The quest says RETURN to Farkas..........so I retiurn to Farkas in Whiterun and all I get is 2 answers, how to increase my 2 handed armour skills and if I want him to follow me....so how does the quest end? Why doesnt Farkas end the quest?

Please Help.....

I am really confused, as the quest is done but its not done until Farkas says so and I get the Quest Completed drum roll......which I havent as I cant....Farkas..I did what you asked so why did the quest say retuirn to farkas after brawling with Mjoll? Why wont you let me complete the quest? Just say something other then increasing my 2 handed sword skills or whatever or if I ask u to follow me you say I have someone already......

Is there a name to the quest? Haven't done much of anything with the companions yet...If so google the name of the quest and bug imo.....maybe you can find a console command to advance the quest a notch or go back a few saves and try again see if it does the same thing. I had a similar impass with a side quest and someone helped me fix it so willing to help pay it forward.

Sounds like it is "Hired Muscle" - CR04.

Try

setstage CR04 100

and see if that helps.
