I can't seem to find anybody anywhere who buys these items any help here would be great.Have a lot of stuff in my inventory XD.

Whiterun/dragonreach 4 vendors down below; 2armorer potion vendor and misc vendor. On the way up to dragon reach there is another armor vendor @bs. Then a wizard merchant inside DR.

All general goods stores buys everything.

How do you fix the money thing.It seems like everytime i go there and sell some things he runs out of money.That is what the problem is now nobody has any money.How about going to a different town maybe say RIFTEN??

I usually sell mine to the general merchant in the market area of Riften. The merchant also trains Light Armor, which is my main armor skill, but which doesn't level up as much since I barely get hit. So I just train Light Armor at her 5 times and then get that money back by selling jewelry (and potions if I've done some Alchemy).

You'll end up with the same money as someone who just sells stuff until the vendor runs out of gold, but at least you got rid of some stuff and levelled up a skill a few times. I sometimes do the same at the Alchemy trainer in the Dark Brotherhood.
