HI, just encountered Kenvel (or was it Kenver), the dual-wielding ghost in a crypt who's name I've forgotten - West of the Cicero quest. I've no idea if he's connected to any quest, I was on a random wander when I found the crypt.

Anyhoo, I got my ass handed to me. I figured I'd get back to him when I've gotten a few more levels...but it occured to me, many of th Bosses I've been encountering have scaled. So does anyone know if he does as well? in which case, waiting would be a waste of time...I need to stock up on potions and get down there and hand it back to him right away.

As far as I understand, now that youve been in the dungeon, its level locked.

If you wait about 5-10 levels, you should have no problem.
