So I've heard that there is a skeleton south of Winterhold that can be killed and looted infinitely. Where exactly can I find it, if it exists?

per wiki so not exactly sure how precise the directions are: There is a skeleton lying dead on a stone tablet on a mountain slightly south of Sightless Pit. Kill him and you can repeatedly loot his Doors to Oblivion book. Simply loot him, exit inventory and loot again. Sell them for a quick way to get 'infinite' money. The body will never disappear.

I wont be abusing this bug, but I'm now curious.. can you drag this body by any chance?
