Please help. For some odd reason I can no longer quicksave. I hit F5, and the text comes up to tell me it is quicksaving, but the old quicksave does not get overridden with the new save. This just happened 30 minutes ago, and I cant think of anything I did differently. I am running skyrim on Windows 7. Is there a file I can fix for this or something?

Do you mean it doesn't save or does it make a seperate quicksave?

Try renaming both the ESS and BAK. Could be that the file(s) are flagged as in use so can't be overwritten.

In response to tgl1992: I mean it simply will not save. It won't overwrite the old file; its as if i didn't hit the quicksave button at all.
