Anyone been to Angi's camp it's high in the mountains directly south of Falkreath. There's a woman called angi who will allow you to use her targets and training arrows and there are 3 targets and for every target you hit, your archery increases by 1. She does offer more training but I have yet to take it.

She gives 6 levels of archery and there's a book in her cabin.
