I tried doing it the same way as I do for spells but it doesn't work for me with any weapons. I need answers!!!

How are you doing it with spells? I know two ways that should work and one way that works for spells always but won't always work for weapons.

L1 = weapon in left hand
R1 = weapon in right hand

That should work for weapons. Shields and torches can only go in the left hand.
