I'm a member of the Bard's College, and have received training from the Master Trainer(I forget his name. he walks inside and wears a hat that looks like a turban) up to level 90. After 90 he doesn't give me a training option anymore. Is this intentional? Maybe there is another trainer that trains up to 100 or does it stop at 100?

I've already gotten the king burning festival started again if this will help.

I leveled speech without a trainer so I cant say too much about him training you, but what I would recommend since you have only 10 levels left, go anywhere and pick up everything and sell it.
Its an ok way of making money, plus you get the potential to level other skills.

You cannot train any skill further then 90, Was also confused by this at first,
