Sounds like it might be a monitor setting...I'd check those

Have you edited your SkyrimPrefs.ini file at all (located in your My Games folder)?

If you say its not mods and you have mods installed or edited your files, it's probably the mods

What specific mods do you have?

Thanks for the suggestion..
You mean within Skyrim? Or in Windows (7) itself?

So you don't have any mods? Have you done anything in the console on pc? Did this problem just occur or has it occurred before? We need a bit more information.

I changed one setting in SkyrimPref.ini, but I changed it back. The problem as I described above (specific bars don't show) was a problem since the beginning. I never saw them.

Perhaps the HUD is there and your monitor resolution is off a bit so its jsut hidden off screen? Check your resolution settings in skyrim menu.

By the way I changed some options in the Option menu before you start the game.
I cannot say which one exactly, because I changed several..
Over and out.

What was the problem with it? Maybe some others can fix the same problem you had as well. Glad you got it fixed

EDIT: I see, most likely a resolution/graphical setting issue.
