There is a passage with spider inside but there is not way to get in. Can't find any lever. I done quest inside also. Does anyone know how to get in?

I used the console to disable the bars in the hallway, it's an empty passageway that leads no where and contains nothing except that random spider mob. I doubt there's a legit way to open it.
