Was hoping people here could save me a few hours of replaying my game to fix this.

I purchased the house in Windhelm, Hjerim, but lacked the funds for any of the upgrades. So before I ever entered the house after purchase, I left and went and gained the needed funds. However, when I went to buy the upgrades, my mouse slipped when I went to purchase the Clean the House upgrade first so I had to do that second. I suspect that might be the reason that I am now unable to purchase the bedroom upgrade. The steward just keeps telling me that I've already purchased every upgrade, despite the fact that he won't let me buy the bedroom. Is there a specific cheat I can use to get that upgrade in my house?

Normally I would just revert to an earlier save and retry it, but like I said earlier: I had to go earn the funds to buy all of the upgrades so I did quite a bit of area hopping and the auto saves are too late to help me and the last manual save I did was before I started the Join the Legion quest which I finished in its entirety before I even bought the house. I have determined that the code for the bedroom upgrade is 000e67b9, but I don't know what cheat to use with it.

The option for the small bedroom won't show up unless you are Thane.

Thanks for the attempt, but neither of those codes gave me the decorations for the main bedroom. And my PC is indeed Thane; the housecarl appears in the house and everything.

And just to make this clear: the house is clean, I am Thane, the housecarl is living there. I just am not being given the option to purchase the (main) bedroom decorations again even though I have the money.

ETA: Hmmm, I wonder. I think my mouse may have slipped again when I went to buy the bedroom and I actually bought the Clean the House option twice.
