when ever i jump it is like a moon jump, and every thing takes about 2x longer. the sound is normal, and npc mouth movement is normal. but every thing seems noticably slower.

is any one else having this problem?

I haven't heard of that behavior before.

Some things to troubleshoot:

1) Have you modified your INI files?
2) Have you installed any game mods?

nope, haven't played for a few days. now it is like this.
