Im at the door where you turn the wheels and insert the claw to open the door but it does not work. I tried the correct ones which are moth, wolf, snake and need help it wont open!

Sanke at the top, wolf in the middle, moth at the bottom according to my claw.

I can't even get past the first puzzle, the stone pillars won't turn, can't even interact with them
