I'm walking near nocturnals shire and see three imperial guards escorting an imprisoned stormcloak. A stormcloak camp is nearby, so there's occasional stormcloak guards guarding the road. I give the prisoner an axe, use a shout to freeze a guard, and me and the prisoner end up killing the three imperials.

I then run down the road and come across a STORMCLOAK guard who saw the attack and he decides to Promptly attempt to arrest me.

Lolwut?

I saved a stormcloak from possible execution, and another fellow stormcloak tries to arrest me for the murder of the three imperials? Wtf.

Welcome to skyrim, would like glitches with that?

Look at that, dude was just typing one basic sentence and totally glitched by leaving out "you". Now I understand how it's possible when creating a large complex game with many many different people creating it... that you end up with some issues. I totally can't rp in this thread now.

I feel really dumb now..

I just realized the bounty is from a DB quest I did in Solitude, and since I'm near Solitude all guards will try and arrest me on sight for it. He didn't try to arrest me for killing the three imperials, he did it because I already had a bounty.. Silly me

The moral to the story is don't get caught. I've joined the Dark Brotherhood, but I'm lagging on taking out their missions because I want my sneak to be higher first.
