If I start with an Endurance of 6, but later use intense training to get it to 7 - will i be able to buy 7 implants or only six?

not positive about the bump rules, but considering how fast this was at the bottom of the second page...I just wanna know b4 i make my character this afternoon

I've read in other posts that adding an endurance implant does not increase your implant usage. You must use the Intense training perk.
