Become Thane of Haafingar : V

What things do I have to do to become thane there? I have 3/5 but I only have one left I know about that isn't bugged wich is Finding Noster's helm.

Try giving a coin to a beggar... Jaree-Ra's quests, Roggvir's amulet quest... be an errand boy for some of the stall keepers.
