Are there any alchemy trainers out there that are followers?

I really wish the answer were yes, but sadly, no. No freebie Alchemy training for us.

You can always buy the training, save, then try and pickpocket your gold back. If it works you get free training, if not you can reload the save.

Are there any master level alchemy trainers in the game I can get to without joining the Dark Brotherhood?

no. you are forced to join if you want the alchemy master. she is also the only master trainer that cant even be pickpocketet because of child body
