I just got the note from the dude at the base and am now at the Gun Runners. Isaac is not standing by the bench anymore and I can't find him.

The dude said that he has a house in the compound, but I broke in and there is not one. Am I missing something?

I hope he didn't die or something, my science isn't high enough to hack the terminal and I really want this gun.
