Head up the steps towards the throne.

Go left


Now go right and down the stairs


Inside this room should look, well ratty. There is a bunch of junk in front of a door.


Open the door and head inside this small storage room


On the back wall is a door but it needs a key.


OK, how do you get behind the door? Apart of a quest I missed? Can I pickpocket the key off someone?
