After i tried 1.4 beta and figured out that patch doesn't fix the problem i really want to know know what to do:
My situation is: i ran into "Battle for solitude" bug with unkillable legate Rikke and have no options to continue quest or get out of castle Dour. My last save point is just after i entered solitude and quest stage became "Force General Tullius to surrender".
The real problem that the only(!) save i have before it - is in the middle of the battle agains Alduin ~12 hours before. And it turned out that it also bugged (i have Paarthurnax flyin' around and Alduin stucked in the sky casting fireballs even if i kill him. Thanks god i finished that quest without loading at this point...). I am not really interested in fixing this bug, the fact is - i'm stuck :\

I'm finished ~80% secondary quests and only the main quest, "battle for solitude" and "kill emperor" left opened...

What can i do from this point? I only had 1 bug during whole game with "Blood on Ice" and i fixed it with "say 'topic'" console commands. Any possibilities to do it with "Battle for solitude", i would be happy for such solution exists :\
