Stupid thieves asked me to loot a house that is no longer there and I am stuck... Please tell me it will eventually be rebuilt? The Jarl says its one of his priorities, but... Hell, I have the gold, I'll PAY for it to move my game along, but he won't let me.

they never repair. Its one of the radiant quest just go back to the person and quit the job and ask for different one.
