1) I could not find faendal. he was my follower. when I used his ID to move him to me, he does not have option to TRAIN.


2) he randomly appeared near his house when I walked out of his house, but when I walk up to him he disappears.



a) I want him but with the ability to train.

He died somewhere along the way and whatever you moved to you is missing all his scripts. I've read that this happens with merchants if they die and you bring them back, they lose their dialog options.
