I recently had to replace my graphics card (GeForce 560) due to it making Skyrim unplayable. Put it back in, redid the drivers and tried to load up Skyrim and it wont do it. Steam came up, updated that, then tried again, nothing.
The menu is the only thing I get. (Play/options/data files/tech support/exit)
I click on play, the menu leaves then comes right back. I can click a million times, same thing. Decided to restart. Now the Skyrim icon on my desktop is white and wont bring anything up.

Steam says its installed on my computer but the only way for me to bring up the Skyrim menu now is to hit 'play' through steam and the whole menu repop scenario happens again.

Did the verify integrity of game cache, still nothing.

Any ideas?

Ok nevermind, restarted and it works again. Very weird though.
