Now with 1.4 Im on a insane saving frenzy because it totally freezes and must restart pc every 15 minutes. (cant even alt+tab)

They do test it.

Yeah, I guess ulta-frequent crashes its a SO TOTALLY UNESPECTED issue, test the patch on 100 pc's and u got it.

And btw, all of you should get paid for doing their work, TESTING A BETA PATCH?

You do realize that most people are not crashing, don't you? They do test the game. However, they cannot account for all variables. There's theoretically an infinite number of combinations of hardware and software that are being used. They cannot account for all of them. The game is in relatively good shape compared to other games by other developers. There is no reason to rant in this way.

Yes, you've said that. You also have provided no information at all so that help can be given. Are you running any mods? Have you tried verifying the files? What are your system specs? What kind of things are you running in the background? And so forth.

This doesn't sound like a game problem, though. It sounds like something else. Possibly an overheating component.

Another interesting idea would be to not use inappropriate language.
