I located this Treasure Map that had an X in a felled tree near Riverwood. Yet there was nothing there. I saw a youtube video of the same map that showed a chest in that tree. It was definitely not there. Any ideas?

Or maybe 1.2 just added treasure hunters that beat you too it.
