People say you will have to start a new game when you install the update for it to work with that character. It can't be fixed with the character before. Is this true?
Its been confirmed that they already have damage resistance and backwards dragons fixed. Anything beyond that will have til wait till the patch comes out.
The only thing that was posted by Bethesda was that the bookshelves would be fixed in the next update - it eats books or makes them unavailable once too many are placed on the shelf - and the magic resistance bug and dragons flying backwards.
Otherwise, it's anyone's guess. I'll put money down on the weapon rack issue too.

http://www.gamesas.com/index.php?/forum/179-skyrim-hardware-and-software-issues-subforums/ Wasn't sure what you're playing on but in it's respective section should be the patch notes

Good. I have not seen a dragon flying backwards yet but killing a flame atronach with a 2 tier flame shout is embarrassing.
I've run into a couple dragons who seemed to be flying under the influence. They'd crash into cliffs, hover, fly backwards... all without ever attacking me.
Thanks for the replies. But most of you didn't answer about the new character worry.
There would be a monsterous backlash if Beth "fixed" things with a patch that forced a restart on people with countless hours on their current character. So I think it would be safe to assume that it won't happen.
