1) After completing Labrynthian whenever I load a save game it plays a loud noise like I'm being disenchanted or something?

2) I'm in the Mage's college and accepted a task from one of the female mages that follow you into Saarthal where she casts a spell on you and you have to wait for it to wear off before you can proceed with her quest line, I remember reading that you have to use the console to progress it as the quest is bugged? What are the console commands to proceed?

I just played through your second problem quest without any issues - after she cast the spell on me, I just waited for a coupla hours and the spell wore off... have you tried that?

Well I've waited numerous days and the spell isn't wearing off.
