How often does the Thieves' Guild fence replenish her 1000 gold budget? Since the 1.2 patch came out, fighting dragons is obviously a no go, making travel in the realm a little sketchy. Therefore, I started using my pickpocketing and burglary skills in towns and, over the course of a few hours, ended up with about 7000 gold (non-guild prices) worth of stolen loot. Can I just take it all in to her at once and use the wait option in between her replenishment intervals?

I have completed the quest line, unless there's more past returning the Skeleton Key? I've spoken to Brynjolf and everything. All I see when I go back to the Ragged Flagon are the side crime missions offered by the other thieves. Still, the fence only has 1000 gold in her budget.

The one fence you get in Markath has like 4000 gold, or at least he did for me.

Who are the fences with 4000 septims? A write up of their names and locations throught Skyrim will be nice. I've read a lot about 4000 septims fenches, but I have never met one myself. I'm assuming it isn't any of the guild members in the Thieves' Guild HQ at Riften?

The fence at the Ragged Flagon will have 4000 once you do a quest for her.

All the fences can be seen http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Thieves_Guild_%28faction%29#Fences. You'll unlock them either through the main TG story or through the special jobs.
e: All those on the list will have 4000 septims. If you do the Grand Tour de Fence, the first one will have replenished the gold when you get back to him, so you can sell as much as you like.

The fence in the Ragged Flagon WILL get up to about 4k gold if you restore the guild.

You do this by completing a bunch of the side quests. Once you do about 4-5 quests in a particular city you get to do a special quest. Once done you now have connections in that city, a new merchant arrives at the Flagon, and the fence gets more gold.

Repeat until she gets 4k gold.

So all 7 of them have 4000 worth of septims worth for bartering after rebuilding the Thieves' Guild? If that's true then I'm jumping ship to "Speech is worthless" camp and sorry Lucan, but 4 perk points are a lot if someone else is taking over your place.
