Debugging NPC's - Carlotta Valentia : V

Is there a way to debug NPC's via console?

Carlotta in Whiterun just stands in the same spot at her stall without moving, even during the night ever since I completed the quest involving mikael the bard.

Some sort of ai reset or something?

Well for anyone else with this issue... I attacked her once, payed a 40g bounty and she is fixed.
